My first investment property!

I'm very excited!  The lovely folks at Passive Investments called me a few days ago to let me know they'd found me my first investment property - my own little buy to let 1 bed flat in Hastings.  Woo-hoo!  Since then I've been running around sorting out the deposit, and having worked through the figures, I'm in line for a nice cash profit in a few months time after the property has been refubished, re-valued and re-mortgaged.  It's fantastic to see it all actually working - I always knew it would, but the proof of the pudding's in the eating, as they say.  Rather reassuring to know that the guys really do know what they're doing in a big way, and I'm looking forward to the property portfolio they'll be building me in the next few years.  That'll be my pension taken care of at the very least!  Just call me "Ms Landlady" from now on *grin*
